Help needed: Crystal reports 2011 - Invalid TLV Record Error

Hi Guys,

We need your help in solving an issue we are facing while opening a report.

Recently we migrated to Crystal reports 2011 and we have successfully deployed the reports to a machine through build. Users are getting "Invalid TLV record" message when opening any CR report. Attached error message for your reference. Please let me know if you need more details. Thanks.

I'd like to get more details on what exactly it is you did. E.g.; I'd like more info on "migrated" and " deployed the reports to a machine through build".

Are you opening the reports in the CR 2011 designer or some app?

Please take to the migration - what exactly does that mean?

Also, explain how you " deployed the reports to a machine through build".
