Hi
I've scheduled daily broadcasting of a BEx Report through Query Designer to 10 users; out of which 1 user is recieveing the report in his Junk Box unlike other users who are receiving it in their Inbox. But all the users are supposed to receive in their Inbox. Can you please share your ideas and is there any glitch in settings?
Can you please suggest how can I rectify this?
Thanks & Regards,
Asif Akram Mohammed
Hi,
Just ask user to right click on any email and go to option Junk email right click select option add sender to safe senders list or u can also add sender domain to safe senders list..and see if it works..
Thanks and regards

You need to define domain info about the user mail id. Eg: suman12345@headoffice.org
Then the mail will be sent to Inbox unlike junk box.

try to send the email as Importance High in the broadcasting.
Also there will be setting at outlook/lotus notes to add domains to receive emails directly on the inbox.
Take help from respective email administrator so that it can be compared with other users.
In case, if you are using outlook, just search in Google for avoid junk email in folder and you will get options to avoid it.
Thank-You.
