Data Archiving Issue...

Hi,

i am getting an error while archiving a cube.

the error was

Archive file C:\TEMP\FIAP_07_26.txt cannot be opened for write program

I also created a new logical file,but am getting the same error.

can somebody help me to solve this issue.

Hi,

I think your file would have been opened at the time of writing. Please check your file in AL11 t-code.

Is Compression is mandatory for archiving the data?

HI Anil,

For cube, it is mandatory to compress first and then archive.

While archiving i am getting this exception.

Exception  occurred in line 311 of include CL_RSDA_DAP_A=================CM007 (program CL_RSDA_DAP_A=================CP)
