SAP Performance Issues

Hi,

We are using SAP B1 version 8.81 (8.81.317) PL: 09 and we are experiencing everyday performance issues with the system.

Hardware wise running, SAP is running on Windows Server 2008 R2 30GB dedicated RAM Hyper-V cluster on 2 x PowerEdge Xeon 2.6 (2 processors each), Equalogic (PS-4000VX) SAN (RAID 5 15K disks) via 2 dedicated 1GB switches.

SAP used to run on a dedicated server with 20GB RAM and 2 x Xeon 2.27 processors and RAID 5 on 15K disks and same issues we had.

While running any report, the systems becomes unresponsive for other users. Last night with no one using the system, I restarted the server and run Tax Reconciliation report for a quarter and system used up all the memory available and crashed with error that system ran one of memory and will close down.

This morning I ran the report for one month, and you can see the RAM usage going up in the image. The report did finish but one other user was on the system and he his system is very slow.

If someone can point me to the right direction, on where I can start troubleshooting? Our SAP partner couldn't help us as I don't think they know much about issues between SAP and how it interacts with hardware.

Any help would be much appreciated.
