Gift Cash coupon for sales in SAP SD

Hi,,

We want to sale gift cash coupons for sales (ex-10,20,30).

anybody can gift these coupons to others in ocassion, the person can come to our outlet & buy anything by that coupon.

1. How to sale coupons in SAP SD?

2. after sales how to adjust those coupon amount in SAP SD when cutomer is buying product?

We are not using SAP IS-RETAIL.

How can i make it possible in SAP SD module?

Hi Shashank,

 1. How to sale coupons in SAP SD?

As per me you can go for Non stock item sale which is Order related billing means you will create Sales order and making the billing to sale the Coupons.

Also if you want to maintain the stock of the Coupons you can make it stock as Non valuated and sale it as per normal sales process.

2. after sales how to adjust those coupon amount in SAP SD when cutomer is buying product?

Now coming to the collecting the Coupons and in returns you will provide some discounts (adjust the coupon amounts).

That means you will sale the products where you can manually maintain some condition types in the Pricing procedure to make the adjustment (Discount) of the coupons.

In this way you can sell the Coupons and provide the discount when someone giving the coupons at the time of actual sales.
