Hi Experts,
We have found Idoc communication error at application monitor as below
As per the error description, I have checked CUNI transaction and found that ISO code is not defined for USD.
But I would like to find out the corresponding idoc number which got failed. Could you please suggest the steps to find out the corresponding document.
Thanks,
Rudresh Pandey
Hi Rudresh,
you can monitor IDOCs via transaction BD87

Hi Rudresh,
I'm not sure the direct link from alert to idoc exists.
Alerts you can also see via RZ20 - may be there you'll be able to find more technical information.
There you can also close the alerts.
Also you can also select only IDOCs with errors in BD87 and check them.

Hi Rudresh,
This error comes up when any user tries to create a shopping card with this
UOM which is in your system not available. It comes from Catalog Interface OCI generally.
Error Message B1 884
Set a breakpoint at line 28 within include LBBP_PDCOIF03.
While creating shopping card this coding is getting processed. This causes the error message.
Solution: Create this Unit of Measure in the T-Code Cuni.

Hi All,
I have already checked all the transactions such as WE02, WE05 etc. but didn't find any failed idoc in that time period.

Hi,
Use WE05 and search with the date and time to find the idoc status.
Thanks!!!

Hi,
You can also use WE09. In the input you can give the status of the idoc and also search by the segements to filter your results.

Use transaction WE02 to see a list of all idocs including ones that failed. Processing failed idocs can be done from BD87.
