    Hi,

Before posting you should search in google or some where else.

I can't tell you in brief.

PE51 is nothing but form editor. This T-code will help you to display all the WT's in the payslip.

EX: basic, DA , HRA salary etc.. What are the WT's that are used for the employee you can maintain here.

You will define the Earnings part in one window and deductions part in other window.

You can add all the earnings part WT and all deductions part WT .

This difference amount will be display in the netpay.

    Earnings-Deductions = Netpay.

    Hi Angel ,

It is generation of employee payslip and Either you can customize the paysilp or use standard forms.

    Tcode - PE51.

Customise means - you want add the client logo in your payslip, you need to take help with abap team and they develop the smartforms or scripts and add the logo in your payslip.

    Standard forms : CEDT ...

Program : RPCEDT00 or go to tranx code : PC00_MXX_CEDT (XX means your country grouping, if say you are implementing the US , than you can you PC00_M10_CEDT).

Once the payroll is successfully executed, next step is generation of payslip, it inculdes all components which you client want to display in rem statement.

    Thanks

    Siva

    Dear Angel,

The payslip is the output form designed to print payroll results of the employee with each and every employee specific details on the same format.

The payslip can be designed either in SAP script or Smart form or HR Form. The below transaction codes are for access the respective type of application to design payslip.

SAP Script using Transaction code PE51

Smart Forms using Transaction code SMARTFORMS

HR Forms using Transaction Code HRFORMS

In implementation or upgrade now a days HR forms and Smartforms used more often due to its flexibility and design rather than sap script created through PE51.

However for you to understand the design of SAP Script. An SAP script with basic information of payslip can be designed by functional consultant without any ABAP's Assistance.

    Hi,

Please follow the below step :

    1. Goto PE51, Enter the Country grouping for which you wish to design the
form and give a name to the form...and press Create button.
    Enter the form
    class as CEDT.....for Remuneration Statement.
    Give the form name and
Save....the Attributes for the payslip will be saved.

    Next:
    2. Design the background how the payslip should look alike...

    3. Maintain the Single fields, where the values to appear using table names
    & fieldnames.....

    4. Maintain Windows...this is to group any items to appear within a
window...for ex., Earnings to display in a window....

    5. Check Line Layouts....how the field values should appear in the payslip..

    6. Maintain Cumulation IDs...

    7. Maintain Text IDs.....for texts to be displayed: for ex., Emp Name, Org.
Unit, Position, Company.....etc....you maintain these text names in this Text
IDs section & select those as Single fields in Step 3.

    8. Maintain rules, if any, to be considered...

And to print the payslip, you can view the Print button on the Menu bar.

Go to PC00_M99_CEDT - Remuneration Statement, enter the details and press
Execute, you will find the Payslips....
On the menu bar, you will find Print
Symbol....Press it and select the Printer......You can get the printout for the
    payslip....

    Regards
