HI all,

I have a strange issue.

Issus is unable to clear COGI entries though sufficient stock is available.All other data are perfect.

By analysing i found In Md04 for the material i see the Dep req as same material number succeding with Nproc.

I am able to clear the same record using MF47.

My scenario is REM and all the masters like Production version and BOM all are perfect.

The reason some body suggested is inconsistencies during backflush hence the NProc entry got created in MD04.

My question here is

1. How this inconsistencies occurs?

2. Why the incorrect entry is not getting cleared in COGI but clears in MF47.

Throw some lights.

Hello,

Please check in IMG>Repetitive Manufacturing>Define Repetitive Manufacturing Profiles>here in Control data  tab>error correction for back-flushing>create individual and cumulated record checked or not?
