Hi Experts
In our BI system Interrupt is not working properly. Can any one suggest me what may be the reason for that.

Please first check out note 1723513 that might help. Sometimes the interrupt process will not wait if there is a BI_INTERRUPT_WAIT job already available in the table RSPCINTERRUPTLOG.
In order to avoid some issues, click on RESET interrupt by choosing from the context menu of the interrupt process. This would delete the entries in RSPCINTERRUPTLOG table for this interrupt.

Actually we are following that process only what you suggested. Here the problem is interrput is not waiting for an event. We dont know what is the reason.
