Which lead time determines VBEP-MBDAT calculation

Hi Sap experts,

I need your help to determine how VBEP-MBDAT is calculated.

I have a sales order with requested delivery date in the past, when I run the rescheduling tool V_V2 SAP propose a new delivery date and the date of each delivery step (avail.date / loading date / Transportation planning date / GI date )

Which parameters can influence the determination of the Avail date (Vbep-MBDAT)?

Hi,

existing stocks, existing orders, incoming stocks or planned orders & requirements, replenishment time etc. all will influence Material availability date. It also depends what kind of availability check you have set for your material. You can further explore availability check in IMG- sales & distribution- basic functions.
