EMI Against Loan

Dear Guru

We have given the loan and maintained in the IT 45 and calculate the installment, but system are not

calculate installment in Equal monthly installment. So pl suggest how we can calculate. Following is the example.

Loan given Rs 32,000 with Interest rate 14.75.

Repayment in 36 installment ,

So system should deduct the installment Rs 1105 ( Principal + int ) but system are showing 1105 principal and int 362)

Please suggest

Hi,

In IT 0045, There is a button . click on that. You will get to know whether interest is calculating or not.

check whether you maintain table v_t506d and all the feature INTLO,ALOAN .

Check the interest cycle in the table V_t506d.

Pl note that system are calculating the interest, but deduction from payroll is not

as per EMI i.e. deducting every different amount.

So our requirement is how we can set the EMI so system will deduct every month

equal amount.

Hi,

As amount decreases interest will also get reduce because in table V_T506A_VC you maintain Installment loan.Instead of that you maintain Annuity loan.

The total of repayment and interest payment remains constant.

Dear Mr Vijay

Thanks for your reply, Please note that as per suggested by you we have maintained Annuity loan in table

V_T506A_VC and then check the calculation in PA30 It45 while checking the details button

system are given following dump.

Runtime Errors         BCD_ZERODIVIDE

Exception              CX_SY_ZERODIVIDE

Information on where terminated
    Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLHRPY_LOAN" - in
     "BUILD_COND_PERIODS".
    The main program was "MP004500 ".

    In the source code you have the termination point in line 231
    of the (Include) program "LHRPY_LOANU02".
    The termination is caused because exception "CX_SY_ZERODIVIDE" occurred
    procedure "BUILD_COND_PERIODS" "(FORM)", but it was neither handled loca
     declared
    in the RAISING clause of its signature.

    The procedure is in program "SAPLHRPY_LOAN "; its source code begins in
    167 of the (Include program "LHRPY_LOANU02 ".

So pl suggest the same

As per suggested by you we have defined and run the calculation but system are given dump , now we have corrected the condition of annuity cycle = 01 and run the same so system are calculating EMI as per our

requirement .

Hi,

I am sorry, i don't know about ABAP coding and all. Please consult any abaper. Otherwise do one thing, try to save it without pressing that Button and Run the payroll.
