host landscape display problems - Display solman 7.1

hello masters.

I have a question, I'm setting solman 7.1. but I have an error
to edit the host in the system landscape technical system - edit in the transaction
solman_workcenter. I get the following error: host is locked by user xxxx xxxx.

Please would help me? thank you very much ..

Hi Jose,

Do you have another user or another session from your user who is working on this screen.

If no one is using this screen, you may check in SM12 for locked entries and kill the relevant entry.

HI,

Guess some else or ur won session is not closed properly, Please go SM12 and delete the lock entries and come and try to rerun the step.

Hello Jose,

Is your LMDB & SLD is in sync?

as seen from the screen shot - "last changed by data supplier is 05-07-2013".

Hello Jose,

This problem seems to appear sometimes in Solution Manager 7.1 since the system doesn't finish with the login session correctly. Because of that, when you try to modify a component or continue with a system setup the system shows that message.

As Deepak said please check if there is any active session in SM12 that could be causing this problem. It's really important you check that the user is not a SolMan user as SM_SID, SM_EFWK, etc.
