deletion of leave requests in database

hi all,

when i raise a leave request and send that leave request from 0ct 30 to NOV 2 clik on send.....and after one minute i deleted the same request which i created as i dont want to apply to tat date...next i apply for next dates 6TH NOV to 9 NOV ....as we have a scenario after casual leave employees cannot apply Privilage leave....( CL shud not club with PL) as per my client holiday calendar ......NOV 3, 4 , 5 is a holidays ...so if delete previous record from oct 30 to nov 2nd from leave overview ..it shud get delete permanently from database also in r3 ...as it is not deleting ...wen i go to ptarq and DELETE documents there the deleted record from portal is there ...with the status withdrawn....my requirement is wen we delete the record from portal it shud get delete from database also permanently ...and it shud not be seen in delete documents also.......is there any workflow settings required for this
