How to define Fields Mandatory during TECO of PM Order

Hi All,

As MTTR & MTBR are two major KPIs for Plant Maintenance and it comes based upon the Malfunction Start Date, Time & Malfunction End Date, Time mentioned during TECO of a PM Order along with the Malfunction Notification. Therefore, can we define the fields Malfunction End Date & Malfunction End Time (Table-VIQMEL & Field-AUSBS, AUZTB) mandatory during TECO of a PM Order.

I checked the same in the Configuration Nodes for Field Selections but didn't find. Please suggest to fulfill the requirement
