Restrict DR quantity to be less than or equal to SO quantity during PGI

Good day Gurus,

Here's a scenario currently recurring in our company. Several SOs were created but during PGI they noticed that some of the DRs do have a quantity more than what was stated in the SOs. We would like to implement the same process in MM side were above issue was addressed.

Is this doable via SPRO?User Exits?etch...
