We are running CRM/ISA 4.0 SP8. When a group of products is displayed from a catalog area, the products are presented on the screen in no useful order. Our customers have asked us to display the products sorted by product number. We have looked in the jsp's to see if there is way to do an 'order by' in the query but so far we have had no success. Has anyone tried changing the order that products are displayed in ISA?
Thanks
Jon
Are you running ISA or ISA R/3? TREX or in-memory catalog? Which ISA version? Also mention the ISA Support Package level you are at.
If you are running ISA R/3 4.0 SP06 or above see SAP note 846055 for a example implementation. I guess the user exit approach should also be implementable for the normal ISA version taken that the user exit is in place.

We have found out that products that recently were updated appear at the top of the list in ISA. The latest item that has been replicated appears at the top of the list. We are still attempting to find a method to present products to a customer sorted by the customer product number.
