Hi Guru,

I have a silly doubt:-

I have to create test data in lower system same as PRD 500.

In PRD one inspection lot is having UD ICCO STUP satus showing completed.

These are info in QA03(Insp Specification tab)-

Assigned specification

Group 305279,plant QM01(which in ref. plant)

Group counter 7

usage 6

Specification Slection

Material -XXXXX

But the moment I am checking Inspection plan in QP03 system its not showing as getting message inspection plan is not created.

Can anyone please explain me what is missing.How this inspection lot sample calculate with out Inspection plan and also UD is made.

Try just enterring the group number ony.  Don't specify plant, material or any counter.

Also, just to make sure, you aren't running QP03 in the test system are you? Usually, except for very new systems, the numbering systems in lower systems are not in sync with the production system.  You cant't always be sure a specific group like 1234567 in production will be in a lower test system.  Or that all groups will have the same number of counters.

Typically, only the final quality test system is refreshed often enough from production to remain somewhat in sync.  And that depends on the refresh schedule.

Dear,

Please check in PLKO and PLPO table using the task list type = Q, group and group counter and check if entries exist; please also check the deletion indicator in the tables.

There can be inspection lots without inspection plan and samples can also get calculated.

In the inspection type set up in material master, you will find an indicator Insp. with task list:

Please check the F1 help for:

1. 'Insp. with task list' indicator

2. 'Automatic Assignment' indicator

3. 'Check Chars' indicator

4. Smpl. procedure
