Rich Text Formatting Buttons missing!

Hello,

i activated the Rich Text Formatting in Web UI by setting the user parameter AI_CRM_TXTEDIT_HTML, like it is described in the following document:

But i still miss some buttons in the Rich Text Format Editor. My Editor looks like:

I use Business Role SOLMANPRO and Incident tranaction type SMIN.

In the configuration Guid you can also see the following buttons (links, attachments, ...) :

Do you know how I get this buttons available?

Especcially the attachment button is interesting.

Do you know if it is possible to embedd a image or something other directly in a text?

Hi Pradeep,

unfortunately i don't have any news according to this issue.

We weren't able to get all buttons available. Only these who are displayed in my first Screenshot.
