HU req. for stor. loc. & default values for delivery

Hi Friends,

When activating particular storage location of the plant for HU requirement

I see below columns

Sales org, dist channel & div. Also vendor and customer no.

Can I know what logic is used for selection of Sales org, dist channel & div. Also vendor and customer no. in this configuration.

Hi Kiran

Here is the elucidation of the settings:

1)The SLoc ZHUM is identified as HU Relevant (Please note the HUreq tick in). Maintain shipping Point. Another important data here is the Partner Storage Location maintained as 0007. This is the location to which the system would default if nothing is entered in case of transfers to and from HU managed Slocs. If you want to increase or reduce the stock of a handling unit in a storage location that has handling unit requirement, this storage location is used as a partner storage location if you do not specify another storage location.

2) The shipping data is not mandatory but if you want to main the shipping data at storage location(we have only shipping data at plant level)level you can maintain in this screen
