Condition on a Result

Hi guys,

I'm trying to build a report that will give me people that have been absent more than 6 times within a given time period.

I've have the characteristic employee in rows and 'Sickness' as KF in the columns, along with a formula that counts 'Sickness' to give a value of 1. The result then tells me the number of times someone has been absent within a given time period. Is there a way to do a condition on the results row or another way to approach this?
