copy planning area to infocube

Usually to copy infocube to infocube ...planning area to planning area     codes like "  tcube "   " listcube"  "sdp_extr"  works but to copy from

a planning area to infocube  what is the tcode used ....if    " bapi_cube_getdetails    "  is used can you tell me where do you find this specific  ABAP program ??

Hello,

In order to copy data (or more accurate, extract data) from planning area to infocube, you'll first need to generate a datasource in transaction /sapapo/sdp_extr. Then you replicate the datasource to BW system. And then you create an inforpackage based on the datasource from BW side. Executing the infopackage will extrac data from planning area into infocube. Infopackages can be scheduled to run in background.

where do i click on this screen  to "replicate the datasource " and "create an infopackage" (but i have generated a datasource and named it....i wanted the name to appear in RSA1 so i can pick up to replicate ...Ada....  would like to have your inputs..

Hello, You can use  the 'replicate datasource' functionality in /sapapo/sdp_extr, so that datasource could be replicated to BW, and then you can see the datasource in transaction RSA1 in your BW system.
