I have created sales order and delivery then PGI, But in VA02 , i can able change material quantity.How it will in display mode after complete the order?
where will i do the settings

What i understood from your query is that even you have done PGI of delivery against particular sales order, you can change quantity in sales order. Can you explain your problem in more detail, as this is systems standard behavior, that you can change order quantity even done PGI against any sales order, but you can not reduced quantity in sales order below the quantity you have done PGI against that particular sales order.

Dear Srinivas,
This is a standard feature. If you want to restrict the quantity update based on Standard SAP, you can go for maintaining Multiple Schedule lines for the same date for the line item. Then the quantity field will be grayed out. But the disadvantage is you will get the multiple items in Delivery and Invoice.
On the other hand you can go for user exit to achieve this.
