Any interested SAP HANA developer/s willing to work to build a new product?

I'm planning to build a product which is entirely based on SAP HANA therefore am looking for the following resources to recruit SAP HANA developer/s if anyone interested to join me please contact at sesh@parimiconsulting.co.uk asap.

Required skill set:

HTML 5, jscript/java script, SQL, HANA , database experience, Analytics would be a great advantage with R programming.
