Internal Candidate unable to submit Job application

Hi Experts,

Internal Candidate is applying for a job and he goes throught the standard process of filling his application through the appliaction wizard road map. Once he is done with filling his application and when he clicks on "Submit Appliaction" button he gets an error message " Internal error in functional module HRRCF_MDL_AWZD_APPL_SUBMIT". we are using webdynpro and this is happening with only one user. please find the screenshot.
