Phase 'PREP_EXTRACT/PREIMP' aborted - R3trans aborted -11

Dear Experts,

I am using SAP SUM SP08 to upgrade SAP R/3 4.6C to SAP ERP 6.0 EHP6. We running on AIX 6.1.

I have upgraded the Oracle database to 11.2.0.3 with Oracle Client 11.2.0.3 and upgraded the R/3 Kernel to 4.6D_EX2 PL2641.

Now. when I am using the SUM, it aborts at phase PREP_EXTRACT/PREIMP with the following error:

Severe error(s) occured in phase PREP_EXTRACT/PREIMP!

Last error code set: R3trans aborted with exit code -11

I have Kernel patched to the latest available patch level and used both SUM SP07 PL5 and SUM SP08.

Any advice that can help us to get through this is highly appreciated.
