How to differentiate fields trip country and trip region

Hi experts,

How can we differentiate fields trip country and trip region:

rather than having these two fields merged in one single field:

We were looking into customizing but we didn't find out where to assign this configuration (we want to have the 2 fields available).

Hi Andre,

I think I understood your question right but correct me if I am wrong. Basically you would like to have two separate fields trip country and region? If yes then you can make these fields available in ESS via configuration under travel management node in SPRO - ESS>>>Interface Configuration for Web Dynpro Interface in Travel Management>>>Schema and Single Field Control for Web Dynpro - see screenshot below:

Enter your trip variant, select the schema and change the attributes of the field in question i.e. region or country - see 2nd screenshot. 

Also if you would like to maintain the data for country and region then you can do this in table V_T706O
