Hi Experts,
ERMS is set up and working.
In my development system it is receiving the email and viewed in the system correctly: the email view interprets correctly.
However, in my other system, the email view is not showing the contents of the received email. The incoming email is attached as a .HTM file.
Anybody knows what is causing this? I couldn't find any note, customizing entry/option nor paramater setting.

Firstly I'd check if both systems have the same technical level. I mean SP level and notes installed.
Also is the mail itself the same in both system? Probably there is a difference in the way you send while reproducing the issue.

Can you please check the SMTP settings under the INT node in the SCOT transaction?
Double click on the area in the INT node. In the resulting popup screen click the SET button against the internet address type.
This will take you to the settings for the output formats for various SAP documents.
You can try changing the ABAP list or Business Object/Link as TXT instead of HTM and verify your mails again.
