ERMS is set up and working.
In my development system it is receiving the email and viewed in the system correctly: the email view interprets correctly.
However, in my other system, the email view is not showing the contents of the received email. The incoming email is attached as a .HTM file.
Anybody knows what is causing this? I couldn't find any note, customizing entry/option nor paramater setting.
