Other BSI Interface Codes?

Hello!

I have the list of BSI Interface Codes but I am at a client that has a log and there are codes that are not on the list.  Is anyone aware of where I can go to find out the additional information so I can better answer the client questions I am getting?

Hi Kathy,

You'll have to log into mybsi and click on 'my support' near the top of the window. Under 'my support', click on 'product documentation' and then click 'technical documentation', then 'BSI TaxFactory  Client/Server  Technical Documentation  9.0'. I believe all the interface codes are listed here. Thanks.

Hi,

you can see the log should display the code if not then you have ccordinate with BSI consultant.
