Error in ESS Personal Profile Page

Hi Experts

We have  implemented ESS for  ECC6 EHP6 and portal 7.3.

We are facing issue in Page Personal information (we need to navigate to ESS-->Personal Information-->Personal Profile)

Below is the error we are facing.

"ERROR: Object type 'IT0702 ' (namespace ' ') has not been defined (termination:

RABAX_STATE)"

We have maintained  IT0702 infotype for US in the backend configuration (Determine Active subtypes and make settings)

Please let me know on this issue

Hi Siddharth

We have implemented ESS for NTW Portal and not NWBC.

Does this configuration as indicated in the above link  apply for NTW Portal as well.

As i am new to ESS implementation ,could you please let me know in detail .

yes if you are using WD ABAP based iviews and no java iviews and activated the switches for HCM**WDA**

Hi Chandana,

We are also facing the same issue in Production system but not in test system. Please can you tell What you had to do to solve this issue.

We have added IT0016 and IT0465 by using the config link provided.
