Login to SAP Business One take long time

Hi all,

I have installed on client machines SAP 8.8.2 PL08. Some machine with Workgroup setup can log in to SAP just few second.

Some machine with domain take long tim to start the SAP B1 but this is not for all machine with domain.

Some machines are fine, but some machine is not.

Could you help me for this.

Hi,

This might be an AD/network issue. The problematic clients may not be able to find DNS server. Check the event log to find the error code. If you have more than one network cards on the server, disable all others but left only one for B1.

I noticed that when users have o lot off messages in Message/Alerts overview start of system will be time consuming

Please try to delete old messages

Hi,

This is usually an Network issue. this Occurs when connectivity is breaking From LAN.So thats the reason for taking long time response for login .
