Table for Initiative attributes

Which table contains the Portfolio Initiative data?

I see that INM_INITIATIVE contain the external ID. But such attibutes as Name, Initiative Type, Portfolio ID, Bucket ID, Location etc. are not to be seen in this table.

Please advise.

Hi,

Check in /RPM/ITEM_D with GUID =  INM_INITIATIVE-ITEM_GUID.

This gets us some information, for sure. What this still does not get is the Portfolio ID, the bucket ID, the Initiative Name, and Description. Please advise.

The bucket GUID you can get by looking at the PARENT_GUID in the /RPM/ITEM_D table.

The Initiative Name you can find in the V_INM_DESC_INIG table.

Does anyone know where the initiative status (user status) is stored?

The initiative status is stored in the table CRM_JEST with OBJNR being the GUID of the initiative in the DPR_PROJECT table.

Hi Deepak,         

there is a simple way to find out such information, just run the report

DPR_GUID_ANALYZE with the  initiative guid and all the involved table with reords are displayed.

You can do the same for other PPM object too.
