How can I have the fields prefilled on IT16 screen for specific country e.g. France or Belgium?
Hey look at the CONTRA feature.. you have every thing you need in that., it defaults most of the fields in IT0016, look at below or CONTRA feature documentation:
Infotype 0016, Contract Elements.
Procedure
The following fields are maintained in the contract ele
o Continued pay
o Additional sick pay
o Probationary period
o Contract type
o Notice period
When a new record is created, the system proposes these
default.
The return matrix of the feature has the following stru
LA/LE-ZA/ZE-PA/PE-KF-KA-CT
These letters stand for the following:
o LA Number for continued pay
o LE Unit for continued pay
o ZA Number for sick pay supplement period
o ZE Unit for sick pay supplement period
o PA Number for probationary period
o PE Unit for probationary period
o KF Key for notice period for ER accdg. to T547T
o KA Key for notice period for EE accdg. to T547T
o CT Key for contract type accdg. to T547V
let me know if you still face issue.
Thank you!

which country you are working..? as i see, i could there are settings in the below navingation path ->
SPRO -> PM -> PA -> Contractual and Corporate Agreements -> Additional Contract Elements
If you could give me the screen number, that would be helpful
Press F1 on the field name -> and get the screen field name from technical attributes to drill down the problem.

Hi., it looks like, this value is coming from IT0109. , do you have maintained any such infotype.
Try to flip the table values in T588M against module pool MP010900 and screen number 0200
in standard we have only 0100 screen, so to create 0200 screen do as below
click on new entries
Enter the module pool as MP010900
Screen number as 0200, and hide the field in module pool (P0109 - feature)
you would be good
Please find the attached screen shot.
Hope it helps.

If you dint specifically maintain IT0109, this must have been decoupled info type and coming based on the country.
So, in order to get the desired screen output in IT0016, you need to adjust the module pool of MP010900 against screen number 0200
Please let me know if you still face other problems.

HI., i could think the values (input) are coming from these configuration nodes, would you please check them one more time.
SPRO -> PM -> PA -> Contractual and Corporate Agreements -> Additional Contract Elements
i could not check in my system, as these are FRance country specific ones.

Hi., there are two different controls usually exist in infotype. one is the screen modification, as you are now very well known, which can be controlled through table T588M (module pool), by using this we can hide, make field required, option and various other things - This is as far as screen field is concerned.
When it comes to the values with in the filed, that is to be controlled through configuration, and please note that, there is no other way.
When we say configuration, it could be through table entry or related feature., since this configuration is country specific, tough to reproduce to give you the exact location where we configure this.
As suggested earlier please look at the IMG node, you should be good.
I would see, if i can look at any system, where this configuration in place and come back

Hi
This is possible through Dynamic Actions

I am assuming during an action? This can be done by adding the infotype to the relevant infogroup so that the items can be filled manually in the foreground. Or, you can create a dynamic action that can be processed in the background if the values are always the same based on MOLGA.
