KE30 report is missing period data

Hi,

  I am New to CO and User came up with issue with KE30. User is executing KE30 for 12 months data, if we execute report  for 2012 it is showing data for all periods and if 2013 it is showing data only for first 3 periods that is for jan, feb, march rest showing '0's. as a abaper how to proceed in this case.what would be the problem.

HI COPA Team,

In KE30 Report we need month wise report (Period 1, Period 2 Period 3 like that till 12 period.) when i execute KE30 report in selection screen found only fiscal year and period only. we need in selection screen from period to To Period, where we need to give for above required details.

please check whether you have updated periodic valuation in transaction KE27 for your operating concern for the periods you want to see KE30 report.

Hi Venu,

You can go to T.code- KE24 and at the bottom there is option of 'Mode of access' and select the Radio button for "Read acc. to current structure" and check if there are any values in it for the period or not.

Actually Ke30 reports fetch the data from CE3XXXX and CE4XXXX table.

If you still face the issue, then itself in KE24 select the second option "Read as posted" and

     Please check the Ce!xxxx table if data exists and then check the layout also, for periods.

Check in table CE1xxxx ( Your operating Concern) if it has any data for that period. if yes then try changing Lay out.
