Hi,
I am working in BPC 7.5.In one of the client machine we are getting following error:
Failed to parse appset information from C:\Program files\SAP Business objects\PC_NW\APPINFO.XML.
However i have deleted the folder PC_NW and try to access the BPC again it is not working.
Re Install BPC Client tool does not resolved the issue.
Please suggest.

This was the client machine related issue.I am not sure whether the file was corrupted or not.
However i again tried to re-install the client tool after uninstalling it and restart the machine.
It works fine this time.I tried the same solution first time Before i was creating the thread it wont work.

have you tryied to delete PC_NW from another machine and see if after works?
Maybe are the source files corrupted.
