Change Status SLFN from SDCR not work

Hi,

I have configured Solution Manager 7.1 EHP 4.0 and I have SLFN for support desk message type and SDCR for change request.

When SDCR status already confimed (E0006), my SLFN status not change to close (E0008).

I already config on status attributes below:

Can you help me why it does not work?

Hi ,

For Solman 7.1 version please use t.type for incident and ChaRM using CRM UI ,

1. SMIN - Incident

2. SMCR - Request for change.

Please confirm the SAP solution version inSPAM ST support pack version.
