D/B upgrade

Hi Exports,

We planning to upgrade 4.7 Ext 2.00 To Ecc6.6 our landscape is

two system landscape the main thing is db upgrade. please can any one

help me its possiable

source system:

O/S = Window 2003 Server

D/B = Mssql 2000

Target System :

O/S = Windows 2012

D/B = mssql 2012

the main things d/b upgrade ist possiable.
