Text for hierarchy intervals

Hi Experts,

I have created a hierarchy(loaded from flat file) with intervals.Even though I have Short,Medium,Long text for the intervals (in flat file), it doesn't appear in the hierarchy.

My basic question is - Can intervals have Short,Medium and Long description.
