SAP AFS Two-Date Pricing

I have found a few discussions here at SCN, and a document on SAP's help, but I'm still fairly unclear on how to setup AFS two-date pricing in our system.  I know that on the material master (AFS Sales Data tab), I need to set the Pricing Indicator to 04 (Two Date Pricing).  I also understand that in configuration, I'll need to flag the condition type as two date pricing in (SPRO --> Sales and Distribution --> Basic Functions --> Pricing --> Pricing Control --> Define AFS Two-Date Pricing).  By default, condition type J3A2 is flagged for this.

What are my next steps?  How do I setup the dates and prices for those date ranges?  Is there additional configuration that is required?

Could you please share screen shot above path in SAP .I am unable to see that path in SAP in IMG .
