We have the GetThere booking tool integrated into our Employee Self Service portal. Our travel agency recently converted our GetThere home page to the new GetThere homepage. After this conversion took place, our employee have not been able to make reservations through our ESS portal. After the employees logon to GetThere and attempt to go to the new GetThere home page, they receive a "Session Expired" message. If we access GetThere directly via the URL we do not experience this issue, only when accessing the site through ESS.
During our trouble shooting, it was determined that both our portal and GetThere create jsessionid's upon logon, However, it appears that the GetThere jsessionid is not being created when accessed through ESS,
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how was it resolved or does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
I am including screen shots of the process and message.
Screen shot 1 - shows the link on our ESS Travel Planning and Expense homepage
Screen shot 2 - shows the initial page in GetThere travelers receive
Screen shot 4 - shows the Session Expired message returned from GetThere
Thanks for any assistance provided.

We have found a solution to this issue by adding *.getthere.net as a trusted site in Internet Explorer.
