Interest column in aging report

Hi,

I have entered the interest rate in BP Master Data>Payment terms>Interest

System is not showing any interest value in interest field in aging report even though the customer bill is overdue

What could be the reason?

Hi,

Check for the Dunning in the DEMO Database and confirm the working whether defining dunning interest and days and running the same for the BP displays the interest for the BP in the Aging Report.

Hi Jitin,

I have tested scenarios discussed by Nagarajan in demo version too in 8.82 PL 09

If we run the dunning wizard, system will create service invoice for the interest and is shown separate invoice along with other outstanding which is correct

But still the interest column in the report remains empty

According to my understanding whatever we define in BP masterdata/payment terms as interest should be reflected in aging

Kindly suggest the solution

Hi,

You need to select interest check box under Form settings. Then only the interest rate will be displayed in aging report.

I am able to see the interest column.

My question is the interest value is not displaying in the report

Is there any specific scenario to display the interest value in the report?

Hi,

Checked with all possible conditions in 8.82 PL04 version. There is no interest shown in the report.

Tested conditons:

Dunning terms, Automatic posting and interest arrears under payment terms.

You may try with other versions. Still same problem, better checj with SAP support.
