"Duplicate Check" button not available in Change Request screen

Hi Gurus

We have configured duplicate search for MDG Materials as follows:

"Duplication Check is already present for Material as part of the standard content.

You can activate it through:

1) Go to MDGIMG ->General Settings -> Data Quality and Search ->Search and Duplicate check -> Configure Duplicate check for entity types.

2) Create a new entry in the table for MM.

Now we should be able to:

3) Then you can see a new button when you create a new CR,called "Duplicate check"

Pre-requisites (in place and working):

You should have already configured your enterprise search."

We however, still do not see the "Duplicate Check" button in the CR.

What are we missing?
