Requestor can select Buyer?

Hi All,

A requestor has raised SC which is incomplete, now that SC will be pick by some buyer for further process. Here my question is, can it be possible were requestor could select particular buyer to complete the SC?

Hi Sunil,

I think 'shop on behalf' functionality should be of help to realize your requirement.

Or you may activate team purchasing functionality and the member in the same team will help to complete the SC.

Hi Sunil,

I dont think thers any such functionality available in standard but you can achieve this by...

1. Add a custom field at SC item level say - "Preferred Purchaser"

2. Implement BADI BB_WF_LIST method BBP_WF_LIST_SOCO for BUS2121 and filter display the SC item in SOCO result to purchaser only if the custom field has this purchaser's user.

Hi Sunil,

System will propose the Buyer in the SC, but for a Requestor its always possible to select the Buyer while creating a SC from the possible Buyer list.

If a requestor dont want list of buyers, instead requestor want only selective buyer to show. Is it possible to make such settings?

Hi Sunil,

It depends on the assignment of Product Category to Purch Groups under responsibility tab.

You can assign the Product category to the selective Purch Groups that you only want to show up during SC creation.

Or

You can create a Dummy Pr Grp and assign the Product cateogry to it. Maintain Actual Pur Group user id as susbtitutes of the dummy one.
