Program RSORA811 does not exist in system.

Hi,

We have a ERP EHP6 system. We have recently upgraded the system to EHP6.

One job is failing everyday - SAP_COLLECTOR_PERFMON_RSORA811

When i checked in the system what this program is about, i realized that the Program RSORA811 does not exist in system at all.

When i researched in the interent, i found the following:

RSORA811

This program deletes old backup logs generated by the SAP utility programs BRBACKUP and BRARCHIVE. It deletes obsolete log entries in the database tables SDBAH and SDBAD. For more information about the SAP utility programs BRBACKUP and BRARCHIVE.

This program is listed in a table called TCOLL.

Now, how to go about this problem? Is it a important job? Is it necessary for the system? If no, how can i delete it.

Thanks,

Mohan.

Hi Krishna,

Refer SAP note Note 1841778 - LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND in RSCOLL00

Hope this helps.

Hi,

In addition to the above note might fix the issue if not please check the below note and might help you fix the issue.

Note 966309 - Content of table TCOLL in SAP_BASIS 700 - 7.02 and 7.31+

Note 1394392 - Contents of the table TCOLL in SAP_BASIS 730

The SAP standard job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR must be scheduled hourly in each SAP system. The job must always be scheduled in client 000 with user DDIC or with a user with the same authorization (see Note 16083 for more information). This batch job starts the RSCOLL00 program, which then executes the report in accordance with the TCOLL table.

The TCOLL table uses the RSCOLL00 report to control the running of various SAP reports. These reports are used to monitor the system. Some reports (e. g. SWNCCOLL) take account of the system time zone. You should therefore check the time zone setting for client 000 and refer to Note 926290.

Each entry in the TCOLL table corresponds to a report that runs when you execute the RSCOLL00 report (SAP standard job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR). The reports are run at the specified times on the specified weekdays. The entry in the 'System' field controls where the report is to be executed. You can have the following values in the 'System' field:

  • S: The report is executed in the SAP system only once (in the local background work process).
  • A: The report is executed on each application server.
  • H: The report is executed once for each host.
  • %: The report is executed on the instance specified in the 'Alternative System' field.

To maintain the TCOLL table, you use transaction ST03 or STO3N (ST03 > Environment > Data collector > Collector frequency, or ST03N > 'Expert' Mode > Collector and Performance DB > Performance Monitor Collector > Execution Times). All of the entries in the TCOLL table are listed below.
