Limitations of CAF in NW Sneak Preview

I installed NW Sneak Preview Edition successfully, but find that creating a project using CAF is not possible physically....is this intentional?

For example, I cannot specify types of attributes because the simply type libraries are not available in the menu selection. Also, when I do things like add dependencies between an application and entity service I get an error when I try to view the changed implementation saying "Implementation tab is not working. Reason: none"

Is this version not functional to simply give us a glimpse? Should we be able to develop a simple app using this version? Is my installation faulty?
