RSERV and HANA Same Box?

Hi,

I am looking at the following guide:

https://help.sap.com/hana/SAP_HANA_R_Integration_Guide_en.pdf

It states R and RSERV cannot be installed on the same host and HANA and R cannot be installed in the same host. Can anyone explain the reason behind this limitation?
