Error in Customer Connection via SAP Service Backbone

When we try to access to customer via SAP Service Backbone, shows a error to say "Error: paramaeter missing : &1"

Are all the RFCs setup to connect to the backbone?

Most are built off the one that is created within OSS1.

yes every rfc are created and work correctly, any log that we can check ?

How are you verifying that the RFCs work?

Also what is the status of SAP Router?

we made a authorization test of every rfc in the trx sm59, and the saprouter are up an running tested with the rfc saposs

Ok, I assume this is Solution Manager (7.1 or 7.01?).  What are you doing in the system that produces the error?

Billy, is a Solution Manager 7.1 SP9, Our company is a VAR channel and we need to connect our businessObjects Customer via netviewer

Ahh, now this makes a little more sense.

Has your customer restarted their SAP Router or have they made changes to the routetab?

Also is BO running on a Windows platform?  If so another option could be RDP to fix their immediate issue(s) while working on the netviewer issue...

Yes I Know, but SAP needs audit our system and this part of the audit is mandatory, that's why we need the connection working

Hi Jose,

Check entries in your routtab.

Check ports and use niping.exe for routing test.
