Hello,

I am having the same problem, in the edit profile page, the email id is grayed out and cannot be changed.

Poonam, were you able to solve this?

As you have an S user account, your eMail address is pulled automatically from your customer or partner profile.

You'll need to open a support request via eMail sapnetwork@sap.com for assistance on this matter.
