Crystal 2011 Developer Version 14.0.0.760 RTM - can't use SP4?

I need SP4 for Outlook 2010 reporting, but apparently the SP4 sp that includes the  fix for Oulook 2010 will not apply to Version 14.0.0.760 RTM? Is there another sp that can be used on this version that will allow Outlook 2010 folders to be expanded?

Hi Debra,

CR 2011 SP4 is available as a Full Build software too. This needs to be freshly installed and not on top of an existing installation. Please download the Full Build software if you haven't already, uninstall the existing CR 2011 and install SP04.

By the way, what fix for Outlook 2010 is included in this realease? I looked up the PAM for CR 2013 (This is a re-branded version of CR 2011 to be introduced soon along with BI 4.1) and it does not list Outlook 2010 as one of the supported datasources, although Outlook 2007 is listed.
