    Hi,

Can you please check that SAPOSS is green. What is the the user id that you are using in connect isn sap oss.

Is that connection working in any other system.?

    Was this system refreshed recently.

Try in RFC using id OSS_RFC client 001 and password :CPIC.

Mean while try to download the correction of that note using sap download manager and upload in the system.

    Thanks

    Hi Prashun,

In SM59 open the RFC connection SAPOSS. Check that under instance number 01 is maintained or not. Please maintain it and check the test connection.

Additionally check whether saprouter service is running or not. Start it when not running.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Kumar.

    1. Delete SAPOSS

    2. Goto OSS1, recreate it from there.

    3. check your routers inittab file for this system entry and permission.

Before deleting SAPOSS you should review in OSS1 what the current settings are, so you can re-use them or avoid in case that is causing the issue.

Also something else to keep in mind, is that sometimes the service market has issues and can make it look like you have an issue in your system.

    Hi Prashun,

there could be a lot of reason,

So if you checked the settings in OSS1 (same like in other systems).

Check also TC SECSTORE --> call TC SECSTORE and execute. There you should have an overview about the usable RFCs. If the RFC for OSS-Connection is red you have to maintain it.

User scholud be OSS_RFC PW is cpic or CPIC.

If there are a lot of red RFCs i guess you made a syscopy? If so you have to migrate the RFC by using also theTC= SECSTORE, call SECSTORE select the last tab (e.g. systemdata change).

You can obtain the necessary key at service marketplace.

An other reason could be the configuration of your saprouter.

    edit:

if u only want to implement one or a few NOTEs there is also a workaround by manually upload the correction in TC=snote.  You can follow this guide:

    http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-43239
