Restrict parental leave quota to 7

Hi All

Please suggest how to restrict parental leave quota to 7 only. I am able to create more than 7 quota in Infotype 2006 though the Base Entitlement  I have given constant as 7.

Hi

Guess you are generating the Quota using Time Evaluation or RPTQ.

In the configuration of the selection rules for the leave quota generation there a last tab called Total Entitlement  and in that you have field for max quota limit.

Give 7 in that and try . That is the max limit beyond which it will not allow you .

Thanks for your answer. I tried this option also ,but I am still able to create quota  more than 7 in Infotype 2006 . Also the quota is being generated through RPTQTA00. Though I have restricted the absence to 7 by giving Max value 7 in absence type ,but still client wants to restrict the quota entitlement also to 7.

I think your settings in V_T559L are not correct. would you please possibly share some screenshots of settings? I need to have look your selection rule(All tabs), Base entitlement and Validity period.
